Attorney Gordon earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bridgewater State College. At Bridgewater, he was appointed Secretary of the Political Science National Honors Society and awarded the President’s Award for Academic Excellence as a Freshman and the Elizabeth Luster award for Excellence in Political Science. He spent a semester interning in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

During Law School, Attorney Gordon interned with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office and was awarded the Center for Forensic Economic Studies award for Excellence in Litigation.  Upon graduating law school, he was sworn in as Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office where he successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases in all of the county’s five district courts and was appointed to the county’s Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit. 

After serving as an associate with a criminal defense law firm, Attorney Gordon created The Law Offices of Nicolas A. Gordon, Esq.  Since 2006, he has successfully represented clients accused of myriad charges in 32 different District and Superior Courts all across the Commonwealth. An experienced trial attorney, he has obtained Not Guilty verdicts in cases charging Child Rape; OUI 7th Offense; Intimidation of a Witness; Domestic Assault and Battery; Posing a Child in the Nude; Resisting Arrest; Indecent Assault and Battery; and many other criminal offenses.
